Beyond Form: Essential Taiji Training
The Elixir for Physical, Mental & Spiritual Health
Presented by Master Yang Yang, Ph.D.
author of the bestselling book Taijiquan, The Art of
Nurturing, The Science of Power
Master Yang Yang will present an evidence-based program designed to include all aspects of traditional Taiji training: static qigong (sitting, standing and lying down meditation), dynamic qigong, silk-reeling, push-hands, and a short 7-movement form used in university research for adults over 50.
Students of all levels and styles will benefit.This is also encourage for Health and Wellness Professionals with Continuing Education Contact Hours Available. This workshop is open to the public.

This workshop is a wonderful opportunity and is being held in Columbia. Registration is limited to 60 participants so sign up early. World renowned Grandmaster and Professor Li Deyin Tai Ji Quan and Tai Ji Sword Workshops will be held May 18th through 20th in St. Louis, MO. This is the first time in history to hold his workshops in mid-west USA. And, it is unique and rare opportunity to learn from the creator of a couple of standardized Tai Ji Quan and Sword forms that are used in China and international competitions.
